**SHIPPING**
Orders will generally be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days after receiving a completed foot impression kit. Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen delays. Roam Custom Insoles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third parties.

**RETURNS & REFUNDS**
Because our insoles are custom-made, we require a 14-day break-in period before processing any returns. If you are unsatisfied after this period, you may return your insoles within 180 days for a refund: https://www.roaminsoles.com/warranty​.
Orders canceled after we receive your impression kit but before shipment will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee to cover design and processing costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Any modifications made by third parties to our insoles void all return and remake policies.

**ADJUSTMENTS AND REMAKES**
We offer up to two free remakes within the warranty period. Customers must use the warranty/return form on our warranty page to request adjustments and remakes. Customers must return their original insoles if a remake is approved.

**LIFETIME WARRANTY**
Our custom insoles come with a Lifetime Breakage Warranty covering cracks or breaks in the orthotic shell. The top cover is subject to wear and tear and is not covered under this warranty.
