Roam Insoles are custom orthotics. They are custom molded and shaped to the direct casts of your feet. Just like medical custom orthotics. Our insoles are designed with careful attention by medically trained professionals. Roam Insoles provide custom support for your arches, cushioning for comfort, and stability to ease foot pain and keep your feet aligned correctly.
If you have specific foot issues or severe foot problems, a visit to a healthcare professional for an in office assessment may be a better solution. It's important to consult with a doctor or podiatrist if you have any concerns or specific medical conditions to determine the best approach for your foot health.

We specialize in everyday and performance pain relief. For severe or complex medical conditions, a podiatrist may be your best first step. If you're experiencing serious or persistent pain, we recommend consulting a medical professional. Our insoles are crafted with expert-level care, but they're not a substitute for a doctor diagnosis
Redefining Comfort and Performance for your Everyday
To achieve the best results, use our insoles with fully enclosed shoes. Before inserting your Roam insoles, remove the original insoles that came with your shoes.
If the Roam insoles are too long or wide at the front, you can trim them to the right size. One way to do this is by placing the original insole on top of the Roam insole. We recommend tracing the shape of the original insole onto the bottom of the Roam insole, then carefully cutting along the lines using sharp scissors.
By following these steps, you can ensure a proper fit for the Roam insoles in your shoes!
A step ahead of the rest, roam with custom insoles.
If your insoles are too long to fit in your shoes, you can easily trim them to fit. Watch our how-to video below to find out how.
Take it slow when starting to wear your new insoles over the next few weeks. Your muscles need time to adapt to the new foot alignment.
Gradually ease yourself into wearing the insoles for longer periods of time each day. During the adjustment period, you might feel some temporary discomfort in your feet, legs, hips, or back. This is normal! It usually takes about 3-4 weeks for your body to fully get used to them.
Stay patient and consistent as you break in your insoles. You'll quickly get used to your insoles and be ready to embark on your journey!
Embrace the transformation: Amplify your comfort and performance
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on the shell and a 6 month warranty on the top cover. We also have an adjustment period of 90 days to make sure your insoles fit just right!

To keep your insoles clean and well-maintained, be sure to clean them regularly.
Start by using a mild soap and warm water solution. Dampen a cloth with this solution and gently wipe down the device until you are satisfied with its cleanliness.
It's important to avoid using any strong detergents or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the materials of the device. Do not completely submerge the insole in water.
If your insole does become completely soaked, allow it to air dry completely before using it again. This ensures that any moisture trapped within the device evaporates, preventing potential discomfort or damage.
By regularly cleaning and maintaining your insoles according to these guidelines, you can help prolong its lifespan and ensure its effectiveness in providing the support and comfort you need.
Roam Insoles may be eligible for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA). Taking advantage of potential HSA coverage for insoles is a great way to prioritize your foot health and ensure you have the support you need for your daily activities.
Check with your HSA provider to see if you can use your funds to purchase insoles, as they can be considered a qualified medical expense. Your HSA provider will have specific details and guidelines on insole coverage.
It's common for people to wear shoes that don't properly fit their feet. While Roam Insoles are designed to fit your foot's shape and seamlessly integrate with your footwear, there may still be instances where they don't fit your shoe.
To ensure a proper fit, please measure your shoe size accurately. Choosing the right size for your insoles is super important for the best comfort and support! Our insoles can be adjusted to different sizes depending on the type of shoe you wear, so refer to our sizing chart to find the best match for your shoe size.
It's worth noting that insoles can often be trimmed to fit if they are slightly larger. Take the time to measure your feet and select the appropriate size, as this will affect how easily your insoles fit into your shoes and impact your overall foot health and well-being.
When you place your order, you can choose between 2 ways to capture your foot impressions:
Instant 3D Scan: Scan your foot right away with an iPhone and send it to us immediately.
Impression Foam Box: We’ll mail out a foam box to you so you can capture your foot impressions. Once completed, simply send it back to us.
As soon as we receive your completed impressions via scan or mail, our team gets to work manufacturing your custom orthotics, and running them through a detailed quality check. You should receive your insoles 7-10 business days from the time we receive impressions.
Foot impressions can be done in 2 different ways: Impression Foam and 3D scanning. Your casting method can be chosen during the ordering process. Both are quite accurate methods that we will use to make insoles that are unique to your exact foot shape.
Method 1: We will send you an Impression Foam Box. You will take impressions of your feet by sitting and putting your feet softly into the foam.
Method 2: Using an iPhone, download our app and use it to take impressions of your feet by scanning your foot using the front-facing camera.
