Our Easy to Order Process
Here at Roam Insoles, our team of experts will build your orthotic with the utmost attention to detail. We do need a little help from you, though. After you place your order, a foam impression box will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions to create imprints of each foot, and then ship it back to us.
Step 1: Scan your Foot
After placing your order, download our app and create an account in order to 3D scan your feet for insoles. Once both feet have been scanned, submit your scans instantly.
Step 2: Milling
Using cutting-edge software and advanced milling techniques, we create a perfect replica of the contours of your feet.
Step 3: Shaping
We mold the shell—the skeleton of your insole—to fit the contours of your feet. As a result, your insole will be completely unique and one of a kind.
Step 4: Finishing
We grind the shell to promote a neutral stance. Then, we add padding, a top cover, and all the finishing touches that make it the best insole you'll ever wear.
Step 5: Delivered to your door
Custom insoles delivered directly to your door! They may require some trimming, and we suggest breaking them in with increased daily wear to allow your feet time to adjust to them.
