To achieve the best results, use our insoles with fully enclosed shoes. Before inserting your Roam insoles, remove the original insoles that came with your shoes. If the Roam insoles are too long or wide at the front, you can trim them to the right size. One way to do this is by placing the original insole on top of the Roam insole. We recommend tracing the shape of the original insole onto the bottom of the Roam insole, then carefully cutting along the lines using sharp scissors. When you place your order, you can choose between 2 ways to capture your foot impressions: Instant 3D Scan: Scan your foot right away with an iPhone and send it to us immediately. Impression Foam Box: We’ll mail out a foam box to you so you can capture your foot impressions. Once completed, simply send it back to us. As soon as we receive your completed impressions via scan or mail, our team gets to work manufacturing your custom orthotics, and running them through a detailed quality check. You should receive your insoles 7-10 business days from the time we receive impressions.
